These terms cover use of this website, operated by CZR Electric LLC, an Arizona licensed electrical contractor (ROC 342294). Using the site means you accept them.

Estimates and tools

Figures produced by this site, including the panel load check tool, cost ranges on service pages, and rebate information, are screening estimates and published reference figures, not quotes and not engineering. The panel load check is not a substitute for a load calculation or inspection by a licensed electrician; actual capacity depends on conditions a web tool cannot see. Work is performed only under a written quote or contract agreed between you and CZR Electric.

Rebates and third party programs

Utility rebates and government programs referenced on this site are operated by third parties, change without notice, and may pause or end. Eligibility is determined by the programs, not by us. We cite sources and dates and confirm current program status during quoting, but we do not guarantee the availability of any third party incentive.

Content and photos

Job photos on this site are CZR Electric work product. Photos you submit through the estimate form remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them to evaluate and perform your job, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site's forms to send spam, malicious files, or content unrelated to requesting electrical services. We rate limit and block abusive traffic.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Arizona law, CZR Electric is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits obligations under our written contracts for electrical work or under Arizona contractor law and ROC requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County.
