What fixtures and chandeliers actually involves
Designer fixtures are where our gallery earns its keep. Builders hand us their custom homes because a chandelier is not a lightbulb swap: it is weight ratings on the box, a brace that can carry it, wire management through the canopy, and the patience to hang forty pounds of glass dead level at eighteen feet. We install sconces, pendants, vanity bars, ceiling fans, and statement chandeliers, and we treat the $80 fixture with the same care as the $8,000 one.
