The work
What remodels actually involves
Remodel electrical is harder than new construction because the house fights back. Circuits share walls that are leaving, the panel may not have room for the new kitchen, and everything has to tie into a system installed decades ago. We scope the electrical early so it does not become the surprise line item, we keep the rest of the house live while we work, and the new work lands to current code with the permits your city expects.
When you need it
- →A kitchen or bath remodel is adding circuits the old panel may not have
- →An addition or garage conversion needs its own subpanel
- →Walls are opening up, which is the cheapest wiring moment the house will ever have
- →The remodel scope includes moving the panel or service

Remodels questions
New circuits, moved outlets, and panel work require electrical permits in every Valley city. Fixture-for-fixture swaps generally do not. We handle the permits that apply.
