Where we work
The East Valley is home turf
Based in Gilbert since 1995, statewide as needed for builders. Each city page below covers what we actually know about its housing stock, its permits, and its utility, because those change the work.

Gilbert
Gilbert is home base. The trucks park here, the family lives here, and a large share of the gallery on this site was wired inside town limits. From the older stock around the Heritage District to the newer builds toward Power Ranch and Seville, we know what is behind the drywall because we have been opening it up since 1995.

Chandler
Chandler mixes 1980s ranch stock, 1990s master planned neighborhoods, and the newer builds pushing south toward Ocotillo. Ten minutes from our shop, it is where a lot of our service and remodel work lives.

Mesa
Mesa is the biggest city we serve and the widest spread of housing ages, from early 1900s bungalows near downtown to brand new builds out toward Eastmark. Different decades fail differently, and we have worked on all of them.

Queen Creek
Queen Creek is where a big share of our custom home work happens. The town is one of the fastest growing build corridors in the state, and the custom lots toward the San Tan foothills produce exactly the finish grade lighting work our gallery is full of.

San Tan Valley
San Tan Valley just made history: it officially became an incorporated town on July 1, 2026, after voters approved incorporation last year. It is also right next door to us, and the mix of 2000s subdivisions and rural larger lots keeps every kind of electrical work on our schedule.

Tempe
Tempe is landlocked and largely built out, which means the housing stock is older than the rest of the East Valley and the electrical work is mostly correction and modernization. That suits three decades of service experience just fine.

Apache Junction
Apache Junction sits at the east end of our service area, straddling the Pinal and Maricopa county line under the Superstitions. The housing mix runs from established neighborhoods to manufactured homes and rural properties, and all of it needs honest electrical work.

Scottsdale
Scottsdale is where finish quality matters most, and finish quality is the lane we built this company in. Designer fixtures, lighting plans, clean panels, remodels where the electrician's work has to match the rest of the house. That is the standard our gallery documents.

Talk to the electrician, not a call center
Ready when you are
Call, or send one photo of the job from your phone. Either way you get a straight answer from a licensed electrician, not a sales script.
