Smoke and CO Alarms
Hardwired, interconnected alarms placed per code, so when one sounds they all sound.

The work
What smoke and co actually involves
Alarms are cheap. The system is what matters: hardwired units, interconnected so a garage alarm wakes the far bedroom, placed where code puts them for a reason. We replace aging units, add CO coverage where gas appliances and attached garages call for it, and swap the chirping ten year old alarms everyone unplugs at 3am for sealed battery models that just work.
When you need it
- →Your alarms predate 2016 or chirp on rotation
- →Bedrooms lack alarms inside the room, which current code requires
- →You have gas appliances or an attached garage and no CO coverage
- →A remodel or sale inspection flagged placement

Smoke and CO questions
Inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area, and at least one per level including basements. CO alarms belong outside sleeping areas in homes with fuel appliances or attached garages. We place to the code your city inspects against.
